3:2)The heart of Cincinnati is it's Ohio River heritage. Nothing celebrates this more than the quadrennial Tall Stacks Festival, when riverboats from all over the Mississippi River system gather. This early morning view of the 2006 Tall Stacks shows the river front from the Purple People Bridge connecting Newport, KY with Cincinnati.
